"Eating Crow....I left an earlier review stating that Phil the antenna installer tore the downspout off our house. I subsequently found out from my husband that my husband may have bumped it with the lawnmower and broke the metal cleat off the strap that secures it. I could not reach Phil by phone. I sent him a text of apology after he sent me a text that he wanted to make things right with me. I revised my rating to 4.0 and hope he will come out and finish the job after we recover from hurricane Helene's wrath."

He was creative in helping design solutions that made sense for our lifestyle, his work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable compared to other bids that we got (other companies were more pushy with overly complex systems).
