He was very neat by covering the area around the fireplace, worked efficiently to determine the problem and after careful work determined that a part needed to be replaced. Mr. Sinclair was as thorough as he could be considering it was an old gas fireplace! He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Sinclair’s dedication to finding a solution to the problem and his consistent follow up on his progress. I highly recommend this company!"

"Firepit 1ft off center Firepit had no crush under 1st layer like u promised. Actually bottom layer has zero nothing naught under it. They just laid them out around my Firepit 2 Sitting wall 5in higher rt to lt 3 Sitting wall not centered, and not 16 ft like u promised. It's closer to 12 ft 4 Water ponds in middle of pavers after rain 5 Edges of patio a mess where they dribbled cement. 6 Grass just laid on Edges of patio over dribbled quick Crete. When did grass start growing on cement, lol 7 No sand on Edges of most outside grey pavers 8 Patio lights system with the cheapest transformer $63 known to man. I could of had a 120W for the same money. $1000 was price gouging for a 10 minute install and 150 in supplies. We could have dropped a 14/2 wire under 4x3 walkway and has tons of future lighting possibilities. Thanks for looking after us. 9 U didn't even have the courtesy to walk Brenda around the patio before you dove in for the final payment. Shame on you !!!!!!!!! 10 All around patio was left a mess, especially the 3x20 section beside house 11 You damaged end of 10x3 , now 8x3 walkway and dribbled cement in crack you'll broke taking out cement. 12 You cut our live cable line and ran over it 30 to 40 times digging. You could have come in N to S and avoided running over cable so many times. 13 And above was caused when u didn't coordinate with 811 on buried cables Let Brends me know when you want to address the poor quality of your work. The only good thing is that patio is 16x20 , except for round corner he guess at the curve and just eyeballed it instead of measuring the correct arc. Very dissatisfied with the 9 000 dollar patio. Oops, forgot, we paid 5k too much for the lackadaisical job ."
