"Terrible, they wet my carpet so bad it soaked into my floors under thecarpet, took a long time to dry and they barely clean it, or sucked up the water. The attitude of one of them was horrible. I, Roy Lowrimore would never want them back, but they also did my Mom’s the same day and hers was just as bad. July 5th was the day they were to come at 12pm they called me after 12pm and still hadn,’t left florence sc. when they got here they barely stayed an hour to do my home,left the water hose loose, left trash in the yard. I want my carpet redone by someone else not that team, and so does my Moma, Sylvia Stone. Please report this to the florence stanley steamer we have called they said they would call back but we have not received any calls back, this needs to be made right."

"Very rude. No introduction when he came over, just a "the gas company shut off your water heater, you didn't pay the bill". Well, I explained, I just bought this house, was told it was all electric and had hot water for 2 months. Eyeroll and tapped the pipes "gas, gas, gas. You didn't pay the bill". Again, I was told by my realtor the house is all electric. Eyeroll again. "You will be paying $500 for not paying the bill". Ok, so I will call the gas company then. Had to pay the service fee even if there was no service. I said I was going to use the credit card and he said $103 with credit card. If he just told me the day before that there is an extra $3 for credit card, I could have just gone to the bank to withdraw cash. By the way, this is my first time to own a home with a tankless water heater and they were a contractor of 2-10 Choice Warranty."

Lint is very flammable. Pair that with the hot heat your dryer produces as it runs, it creates a recipe for sparks and flames. Lint build up is the leading cause of dryer fires, so running routine maintenance on your dryer lint trap is critical to keep your home safe.

Conducting quick dryer maintenance can extend its lifespan. Help your dryer stay in mint condition by cleaning the lint trap before and after every cycle. This keeps leftover lint from accumulating in your dryer vent, which is one of the leading causes of household fires, according to the U.S. Fire Administration.

You can also wipe down the lint screen with dish soap every few months to keep it extra clean. A basic wipedown of the drum every few months and a deep clean of the exhaust vent once a year are beneficial, too. 

Using less toilet paper is the easiest way to prevent future clogs. Also, avoid flushing sanitary products, thick paper towels, or hair down the toilet. If you’ve been using a brick in the tank to reduce the water used to flush the toilet, take it out immediately. Bricks will eventually fall apart and clog your toilet drain. Keeping your toilet lid closed also helps avoid future clogs.

At a minimum, you should clean your dryer vent at least once a year. You may need to clean the dryer vent more often, such as every six months, if your dryer sees frequent or daily use. If you have young children or pets, you may need to clean the vent quarterly. 

There are a few signs that tell you it's time to clean your vent. If your clothes are very hot when they come out of the dryer or it's taking longer than usual for clothes to dry, the vents need cleaning.
