PTL Construction is a residential and commercial contractor. We have serviced the Upstate area of South Carolina for over 30 years for your repairs, inspections, masonry, custom building, renovations, blueprints drawing and design and many more. The firm combines top quality services with a unique “budget-informed.” The planning process emphasizes transparency and advocacy from start to finish, with construction completed on time and on budget.

"It was fine in the beginning. As time went on they were not dependable. I was allowed to move back in my home although worked still needed to be completed. When I moved back in, they never came back. Cabinets were not painted and falling off the hinges and fixtures were not completed. Doors were not put up correctly. Paint was peeling on the walls. Storm door not properly installed. They were paid for services by my insurance company that they did not complete. The owner was VERY unprofessional. He accused me of stealing insurance money but all checks were written out to both of us. I contacted them several times and they said that they would come back and finish the work. I never saw them again."
