"Very careful to cover and protect shrubs around the house. Did an excellent job of cleaning. The roof looked brand new. We've used several different vendors over the years but he is absolutely the best.

"I would highly recommend this business. We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house. They scheduled the work right away. After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit. Mike offered to repaint those for free. During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood. They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done. Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with. I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"I'm having my house repainted, and the painters suggested that I have the windows washed while they had the storm windows off--though they were to replace the storm windows at the end of the next day! I called SmartWash, who had cleaned my gutters very recently (A+ job). Michael was able to work me in for the next day. The man who did the washing, same one who did the gutters, was punctual, professional, and smart about coordinating with the painters. Excellent work all around, and VERY responsive. I recommend SmartWash without reservation and will be relying on them whenever I need any of their services."
