"Please see the earlier review (3/12) for context. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mt. Valley Foundation Services regarding our sump pump installation. Overall, the team did an excellent job with both the initial installation and the subsequent repair of the discharge lines, which had come apart over time. They were professional, transparent, and truly seemed to care about the project. The only challenge I encountered was not with Mt. Valley Foundation Services itself, but rather with its parent company, Ground Works. From my experience, Ground Works has acquired many smaller foundation companies across the U.S., and it seems they may be struggling with logistical coordination. The call center they use is not very user-friendly, and I experienced multiple miscommunications and scheduling errors. Unfortunately, this puts Mt. Valley Foundation Services at the mercy of Ground Works' logistical issues. That said, I highly recommend working with Mt. Valley Foundation Services. My advice is to obtain the names and direct contact information of the service team when booking—this makes future communication significantly easier. Once I was able to reach the team directly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living in a flood-prone area, I feel confident that the sump pump project they completed will be a tremendous benefit to our home and property. A big thanks to Danny (the manager) and his team for their outstanding work!"

"Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. I highly recommend Greg and his team at Crawlspace Doctor to turn your space into what it was meant to be."

He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. "I had a driveway poured a little over a month ago and We absolutely love it. From the very first day that DS construction broke ground to install the forms, they keep me informed from start to finish. "We recently had Rocco Custom Remodeling complete a master bathroom renovation. I can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a business that takes great pride in what they offer. Hayner’s team were great to work with; especially his master carpenter/plumber (Hayner’s father). I also want to say that his dry-wall installer did an excellent job inside the bathroom as well as with an issue that required fixing a problem on the outside of our home; replacing cedar siding. We were also very pleased that the work was completed on the agreed amount of time! We would recommend this company to anyone who had a home project to be done."

"There were issues with materials sourcing and Trey and Alex found alternatives that were better and less expensive. They have a good eye for design that aided in the execution of my plans. In other words, they were more than just builders, they could map out the plan very well to fit it in to my existing landscape. They were on time and under budget. They went above and beyond the scope of the project, including but not limited to remulching a huge area around the pathway they installed because the heavy equipment accidentally disturbed a small area. They could have just mulched the disturbed area, but they extended the mulch so that it blended with the existing mulch. I plan on hiring them to build a pond later this year. They were outstanding and by far the best contractors I have hired both on and off Angi. I have had major remodels in my house and outside in my pool and yard probably a dozen contractors in all. They are head and shoulders above the others. Thank you Angi."

"WOW! Being on a fixed income you know EVERY dollar is important to me! I'd wanted and DRASTICALLY needed a bathroom remodel for YEARS but assumed it was WAY out of my budget! Curious though, I went shopping. His family was not only overjoyed with all aspects of the company but it increased the value of their home by much more than what it cost! So, I contacted IHS, everyone was so nice, informative, and helpful! They arranged financing was straightforward, explained and everything. It was great from start to finish! In fact I was SO HAPPY that I had Intelligent Home Services install a Screened Patio cover! EXCELLENT VALUE- THE BEST!!!"
