He put down flooring, new cabinets, and had a good idea of using a tight space to add a broom closet. He installed a shower , new flooring and found the space to add a half bath downstairs. "I was very pleased on how this all went. After several attempts to get estimates from other painters who never came through, I found Fresh Coat on Angie’s List. They came out as promised to look at my house and I had a written estimate within days. Everything was spelled out on the contract and any questions I had were promptly answered. The owner, Jimmy comes out on the day the work starts and goes over everything again to make sure all is in order. They take their time with the prep and the painters came every day until the work was finished. Jimmy then comes out again to walk around to make sure everything is done correctly. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible.
