"Scott was great and his helper Ray was very thorough. I had them come out for a musty smell in my HVAC ducts. They cleaned all the vents and returns, then fogged them after they were finished. He even offered to come back out and fog again if needed and I did end up calling them back out for a second fog because of a faint smell in one of the rooms. He came out free of charge the second time. Very good service and I would recommend! The smell is gone!"

Afterwards, Jason carefully explained possible causes and what actions he would be taken to diagnose the problem(s). Jason quickly discovered the problem, repaired the unit and explained what actions were taken. The repair cost was fair and reasonable; much less than I expected. Additionally, Jason provided a full unit replacement quote, as my tankless unit is 14-years old and nearing its life expectancy.
