"Woke up Friday morning with no hot water. Called Hill Plumbing Co and they were able send a technician before lunch. The technician was polite and even wore shoe covers over his boots. He said he could change out the elements but would would recommend changing the water heater due the water heater was over 20years old and was showing signs of rust along the bottom of the tank. By 2:00 pm I had hot water with my new water heater. The technician was very knowledgeable and truly appreciate his recommendation because when he removed my old water heater the bottom was covered in rust.
