"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.

"I met George in the neighborhood he was passing out his business cards it was right after Hurricane Helene I had a lot of storm siding damage he looked at it gave me a fair and honest quote told me when he could do the job he showed up on time did a great job I had a rental house in Hinesville Georgia that had some damage he went down and took a look at it and took care of that as well, gave me a reasonable price did excellent work I highly recommend him I already have he'll be doing a relative of mine house later on today great guy."

"I contracted affordable roof and gutter to repair a leaking cricket in an inside corner of my roof.  
The work required replacement of shingles, installation of flashing and the removal/replacement of cedar siding.
After the work was completed I immediately noticed not all the siding and a large section of  flashing had not been replaced.   I spoke to Corey, the owner, about these issues and he quickly had these problems addressed.    Corey's response here was commendable but even after the siding rework I was still unhappy with the work performed.
After all the work was performed here are the issues that I noticed: 
1)  Even after reworking the siding, the siding cuts do not match the pitch of the roof.  The cut line is clearly not straight and looks like an amateur repair. This is shown in the attached picture.
2)  The siding was not installed using galvanized siding nails.  They used  straight nails which corrode and will not secure the siding long term.
3) The bottom of the boards was not mitred to match the angle of the baseboards.   The repaired boards leave a gap and look like a poor repair rather than "good as new".  
4)  Installed cedar shows splits in some areas (also shown in pictures).
I spoke to Corey about these problems. To his credit, he did offer to come back out to make it right.  But after seeing the poor quality work, he and his team had lost my confidence and I decided I would rather hire a professional siding contractor to fix the siding.
