Everything went great. The owner Corey Mitchell was very easy to work with and he truly cared about my needs. The guys did a great job and my roof looks really good.

Barron came out and looked over project - showed me photos of damaged area - explained work to repair - gave me a reasonable estimate - and completed project on time. Affordable Roofing also provided good warranty for repair work.

By far worst roofing service ever. They spent 3 hours replacing my entire roof. I noticed right away the work was not done properly, was assured by the owner Corey Mitchell that it would be corrected. A secondary crew came out to correct the issues. I paid the company and 3 months later the roof was leaking worse than before I called them. Now I cant get a call back, the warranty they claimed to put on all their work was worthless. I am still currently trying to get anyone from the company on the phone to provide the service they promised.

I contacted Affordable Roofing because rain water was leaking into my house through my dryer vent. I also needed someone to replace a set of second floor window shutters. The roofer was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. He identified the issue and explained the procedures for resolving it. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price quoted prior to performing the task was the price I paid. I will recommend Affordable Roofing and Angie’s list to my family and friends. M. If we or anyone we know is in need a a reliable roofer, Cory Mitchell is the person to call. Date work performed is approximate, but it was 2015. Price was very reasonable and "affordable".

demanded substantial deposit before job would be scheduled and materials delivered. once job was started it was completed in a timely fashion, yard was cleaned up and most of material was removed. material for flat roofs was left in front yard for me to dispose of.

Initially there were some delays getting the work scheduled due to a hurricane and a tropical storm then some additional rainy days. The work was done quickly. The workers arrived at 7:00 am and were finished about 2:00pm. Cleanup was thorough. I am well pleased with the job done by Affordable Roofing.

We had a pretty complicated roof. We had them cover 11 sky lights and fix the pitch on the roof in a couple of spots. They did a fabulous job and we highly recommend. Professional, reasonably priced...and fast!

Their name only tells a part of how great they were to work with. Affordable, absolutely! Throughout the entire process they were incredibly professional, communicated very well, and delivered a very quality result. We were able to easily coordinate the entire job from hundreds of miles away. They even sent pictures to show us the progress. They showed up when they promised, finished when they promised, and went above and beyond with the details of their work. I plan on hiring them again soon to handle some additional projects.

They cleaned up after themselves. If you have a problem, they have no problem coming back out. They are very reasonable.

It was real good. They came out and had to go out 2 or 3 times until they got it working pretty good. They did clean up after they got done and if you got any problems they don't have any problem coming back to correct it. Because they had to keep coming back because they couldn't find where it was leaking at. It took about 3 months because it would stop raining and then it would rain and it would start leaking again but they finally got it.

Corey Mitchell is awesome. From day one when I called to get an estimate Corey returned my call in a prompt manner. I truly could appreciate his professionalism from beginning to end. He gave me dates and timelines. When the weather decided to not cooperate, Corey stayed in contact with me and communicated how the rain would impact the work. My roof looks amazing. The crew left my home clean and I'm one happy customer.

Just like many that were effected by Hurricane Matthew, we needed a new roof. I gave Angie's list a shot and found Affordable Roofing and Gutter Services. Corey Mitchell is a great person to work with. He doesn't waste your time. I asked for an estimate and he promptly prepared one for me. The estimated price was better than I had imagined. He explained all costs, options and types of materials . We opted for Architectural shingles because the upgrade cost was offset by the manufacturer's warranty. A reference list was provided with the estimate. I called a couple names on the list and the ones I spoke with recommended we use Affordable Roofing and Gutter Services. When we hired him, We signed a contract and work promptly began and was completed with the professionalism and quality as promised. Hire them. You'll be thankful you did.

Completed job in Pinecrest neighborhood, Bluffton SC. Was a little more expensive than the 2 other quotes I received but he was first with the response. Work was done on a home being sold, and after the home inspection, so time was of the essence. He met the time frame and did the work and all went well. Home closed without issues to repair.

PS: Also have requested quote for tear off and replacement of roof on another home I own and will be moving forward with that in the fall when money allows.
