They have not started yet he said it will be 6-8 weeks till they get to me. The sales team was great. We are anxiously awaiting the job to begin.

I signed a contract with them at the end of January 2023 to install five storm windows and upgrade two restrooms. In March 2023, two installers showed up on time and completed the job in one day except they installed the wrong type of windows. They said they will order the correct windows and replace the wrong ones. Shortly after the window installation, another installer contacted me to confirm the start date for the restroom renovations. They told me it would take 2-3 days and I made arrangements to take off from work for 3 days. The day before their start date, I received a call from the installer after 7:00 pm stating that 2 of the 3 workers had Covid. We rescheduled for a later date, Again, I took 3 days off for the work, and again the night before the job, the installer called and said he had labor problems and had to postpone the project again and gave me $1000 off for another cancellation. I told the installer that I was not going to lose any more vacation time from work and he asked if they could work from Friday, March 7 2023 through Sunday, March 9, 2023. I was not happy that I had to take another vacation day plus waste my Easter weekend monitoring contractors. I told him this was the last time I was going to hire another contractor to perform the work if he backed out again and just pay for the remaining balance of the windows. Well again on Thursday, March 6, 2023, the installer contacted me close to 8 pm requesting to adjust the schedule, I told him no and ended the conversation. On Friday, March 7, 2023, I contacted the sales rep who signed me up and told him of the situation. He said he would have a corporate person contact me. A corporate person contacted me via text and offered me $2500 off the total project cost. I told him no and that I would pay the balance of the windows once the correct windows are installed. He replied that they will send a crew out on Saturday and I replied no. Before doing business with these people and other contractors, read the reviews carefully. We shall see how this goes. May have to go to court.

Salesman, Alex Trujillo and Paradise Home Improvements TOOK ADVANTAGE of my 84 year old Air Force veteran (widower) father. Alex tricked my father into digitally signing a certificate of completion before a roof and fascia contract was completed. He also promised my father that a section of siding would be repaired. They BILKED my father in Goose Creek for nearly $18,000 !! There are no dedicated Paradise Home Improvement work teams ! They are just a sales office/team and a corporate office in Greenville, SC. The owner / manager Larry Labelle in Greenville never answered my phone calls ! Stay away from Paradise Home Improvements !

Paradise Home Improvement is a terrible company. I ordered on 4/11/21, 10 new windows to be installed at a cost of $15,567. They were installed in the beginning of June 2021. It turns out that 4 of the windows had warped sashes and had to be replaced. I was told that they would be replaced very soon (they could not give me a definite time frame.) Fast forward to October. I called Paradise Home Improvement on 10/14/21 and was told that the sashes had been ordered and would be available in about 2 weeks. On 12/6/21 I called one of the Managers, Jeffrey Becker, to find out what the status was but had to leave a message. He did not return my call. On 12/9/21 I called Jeffrey Becker again, and as before, had to leave another message. On 12/10/21 I called yet Jeffrey Becker AGAIN, and once again had to leave a message. Mr. Becker refuses to return any of my phone calls and no one from Paradise Home Improvement has contacted me to provide any kind of update. Meanwhile, the warped sashes in the windows are allowing cold air from outside to come in which makes the living room very cold especially this time of year. Paradise Home Improvement is ONLY interested in making sales and NOT servicing the customer. The manager, Jeffrey Becker, has absolutely no interest in providing quality customer support and could care less about any issues the customer may have. I would AVOID Paradise Home Improvement at all costs. A really poorly run terrible company.

DO not let them near to your house. They installed the windows in April, still waiting for the repair. Customer service is terrible.

Service after the sale is NON existent! The first problem was after waiting the month that was expected, they called to make an installation schedule. I made arrangements to be home that day. I was called the night before the installation to say that the installer was running behind on a project an would get to me one week later. They blamed the weather for the delay. After a call to their GM in Greenville, I was promised that they would be there in 2 days, that would be Friday. So, they showed up the next Wednesday with no explanation. Next problem, I was told it would be a one to 2 day install. The one man crew started on Wednesday and finished on SATURDAY. So that was another three days I had to take off of work. I was given a $200 credit for my troubles. Third problem - They hung the shower curtain rod too low. My shower curtain literally drags the floor, and the liner pools inside the shower. When Kim the salesman came to collect their money I showed him this. He called the GM in Greenville who told me that I bought the wrong shower curtain. The shower curtain I bought is 72 inches long. When I said that to the GM, he repeated that I bought the wrong shower curtain. His suggestion was that I should cut off a few inches of the curtain. The salesman Kim got back on the phone with him and they offered to buy me the proper sized shower curtain. That was the last I heard from anyone at this company. They must have caller ID because I can;t even get a live person on the phone. In fairness, I stopped trying after a month. Buyer beware! Paradise Home Improvements is surely NO PARADISE! On the plus side, I do love the shower, but it is aggravating to have to make sure that the liner is pulled up so that it doesn't mildew from the water that can't drain off of it. I guess I could just cut a few inches off of it - but for close to $7000 I figured I should get what I paid for.

They refinished by bathroom quickly and with quality people and products. Great work by great people!

The quality of the work is very poor. They lied and cover up things that where not demonstrated as promised during the sale.

We finalized the deal in July. They came out to measure the replacement shower. It was to take about a month to make which was fine since we were in no hurry. The shower was still operable. When they came to demo, they took everything out only to find that the guy who measured, measured the drain pan wrong. They overnighted a pan, but it too was wrong. After calls to the rep (who said he would find out whats going on) he never called back, at all. When the shower was nearly complete, only needing the glass door, etc., we found out that a stud was not installed to hold the weight of the door. So, after 2 1/2 months we have not been able to use the shower. Another call to the rep, no response. We called the home office in Greenville and spoke to the GM at 10am. He said someone would call by the end of the day (now 815pm) and nobody has called. Keep in mind the installers they use are in North Carolina, so if something goes wrong, it might take a while for them to get to you. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is beyond ridiculous, and the level of customer service is non existent.

Very, very complete demonstration /knowledge of product. One day installation (one window at a time-some don't do it that way-which leaves one with "holes" in the wall on the windows installed last).

The installation was done professionally. Everything was cleaned up as they went along. They removed the bathtub and replaced it with a full length shower. They installed the shower door I purchased and also my floor and toilet. It looks great. I absolutely love it. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They called to let me know the time frame they would arrive, and by golly, they arrived on time. Nothing but praise for the job being well done.
