In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."

I chose Mech Con LLC because their quote was nearly $1000 less than the other quote I had. When we used the charger for the first time, it would not charge. The company owner came out the very next morning to trouble shoot and we were able to charge. He also made recommendations about the recently installed solar panels on the house, which he did not have to do. "It was okay. They did not charge anything additional. The guy came in because he was checking the foundation and once he left, I realized I had dirt throughout my house, everywhere he went. He had dirty boots that I didn't realize were dirty until he left. He went upstairs and everywhere he went, he tracked dirt throughout my house, so I wasn't very happy with that. They call me at least once a month because they gave me an estimate, so they call me about it. That is irritating. I would tell people to give them a chance and to make sure they take off their boots first. When she called the first time, I told her that we were thinking about it, so she asked if she could call back in about 3 weeks, and I said yes. When she called I said we had not yet made a decision and now they call once a month, and I haven't spoken with them, but she leaves a message. That is not a big deal, because I should have just told them not to call. My big problem is that he checked the foundation under the house and then came with mud into the house. We got another estimate that was like $6000 less. They were aggressive with responsiveness."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"We found Accubuilt on Angie's List.  We gave them a call and from the first interaction were very pleased.  They were professional and courteous.  They came out and reviewed the various things we needed to have done on our house.  We discussed several things with them including installing vinyl siding and replacing our roof.  In the end we decided to only do the siding now.  But we definitely will have them back next year to replace the roof.  Once we agreed on the work to be done, we scheduled to have the work begin the following week.  They showed up on time, worked late and were done in just 2 days.  They did an excellent job on the work and even did an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves.

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."
