"Mr. Hicks is a very professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable person. He helped me to choose which system was best for me and my budget. He if didn't know the answer to a question that I asked, he made sure to find the answer and get back to me right away.
Mr. Hicks scheduling was awesome. He was able to come out the next day to complete the installation and he made sure I was aware of his arrival time and if there was going to be any delays. Once he arrived, there were current issues with cut wires under my home. He never said once he wouldn't be able to completed the job nor he can come back another day. He did the ultimate thing, he bought more wires and installed it himself with no complaints. I have never encounter a person like him and for this, I am grateful.
I would recommend Mr. Hicks to anyone!!! He receives 10 stars from me :)

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"After giving us an estimate in Dec 2014 and constantly following up with us they earned our business. They installed 8 piers and 3 beams under our home and what a difference! Condo apartments are more likely to have chilled water HVAC than single-family homes because this system is designed to cool several rooms or large areas individually.

The primary differences between a heat pump and a boiler are their function and how they produce heat. A heat pump is a versatile system that provides both heating and cooling by moving ambient air and altering its temperature. In contrast, a boiler is solely a heating system, often working with a furnace or AC unit as part of a larger HVAC system. In terms of heat production, a heat pump generates heat more slowly and at a lower temperature, requiring a large convector for distribution. A boiler, however, produces a large amount of high-temperature heat that it emits through smaller radiators.

All modern boilers are condensing boilers because they’re the most efficient type. Instead of extra heat leaving through the flue, these boilers trap the heat and use it to heat the house.
