Tommy with Southern Design Homes got to work as soon as he was cleared to do so and had my home repaired and in better condition than it was to begin with within the first 2 days of July! "I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Did exceptional work, but postponed three times. Owner, David was very nice and helpful. Owner was not aware of the trouble I had. I had given someone at office the stain number. Once had postponed due to weather and then postponed due to someone at office did not follow through on indicating the stain color I had chosen. Then received a call they found email that I had sent with stain number. David came out and the stain was transparent which would not work on my deck, he assisted and was very helpful in picking out a stain. He went over what had to be done to reschedule and assist with stain to get the job accomplished. He came out memorial day to do the job which was a holiday, only issue I had was he was late in the morning getting there and with previous experience I was not sure he was coming, tried to call but mail box full and could not reach anyone, needed to find out if he was planning on coming. I do not want to give him a bad review because he is very pleasant and helpful and indicated he has addressed the issue of scheduling appointments. He also upgraded the stain since I had experienced the trouble with scheduling."
