Commercial Drywall Repair Service
Terrible job done by Carolina Conditions. I had to have all the work redone by another company and it cost a lot of money. The county inspectors, Dominion Energy and two other master electricians looked at their work and were shocked at the poor workmanship. They left the meter box in an unsafe condition . They offered to fix it but after seeing the quality of their work I was not willing to trust them again.
The company may be okay for HVAC but don't use them for electrical work. Add to all this, they said they would compensate me for some of the cost of fixing their mess and I never saw a cent.

Jeremy came and installed my cabinet lighting. He did an excellent job. I love it Next, I thought Carolina condition was high for this service so I called around and found someone that said he was the cheapest in town. His estimate was $1100.00. Carolina condition was $640.00. I have hired them now twice and have a third project in the works now. Thank you Carolina Condition.

Pricing is very off market. Charged $250 (wanted $300) for a five minute job (changing a ballast).

"While I appreciate the comments from this customer, I don't find them accurate. The services of a professional and well-trained electrician backed by a top-level company are not what a neighbor or best buddy might charge. Our technician was involved with this customer for over 5 hours. The ballast was not a simple change-out due to the availability of a direct replacement (the new one was wired differently). Our technician made a proper diagnostic of the issue, presented solutions, and the customer approved the work. He traveled to a parts distributor, returned and properly installed the ballast, and checked for proper operation as per the solution presented and accepted. On top of that, a great company is backing the work. If the pricing was significantly off expectations we would understand not approving the work. The value was delivered. I encourage readers to focus on our other fantastic and more accurate reviews of the service we provide."

CC is very prompt in responding and in scheduling an appt. The experience with their dryer vent cleaning was excellent. The experience with the electrician less so.

Installed LED lighting over and under new kitchen cabinets. Responded well to our design wishes with updated fixture recommendations. I would not use Carolina Conditions again. They sent one of their technicians to repair the toilet and when he goes to shut the shut off valve he breaks the PVC pipe that comes out the wall and make a huge mess and floods the bathroom. Got some water into my bedroom through the floor to my downstairs Ceilings. Tried to help me go try to go shut off the main water line. I did not have the tool for that. He dried up as much as he could. fixed the the pvc line and vale. But still the Audacity to charge me to fix the in the inside parts of the toilet. After all the mess he made and had to have another company come out out a humidifier in the bathroom to dry the floor and wall, 2 blowers help dry our room and hallway. 2 downstairs, and they cut my ceilings left one hole and a small one. And the blowers running from friday to monday. i had to call them to remind them when were they coming to get them.

"We definitely made a mistake here by breaking the line. In our defense the plumbing was quite old but we should have taken more precautions. As you can see by this customers comments we did everything we could to make it right by hiring a 3rd party contractor to clean up the mess and fix the drywall. I am disappointed he left such a negative review because his attitude was much, much more understanding in person. We stand behind our work especially when we make mistakes. I called Tim Mosley's company and there was plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work that I needed done in a very short window of time. He was able to get all 3 crews out to my house, and within 4 days the work was quoted and completed. This meant that I was able to sell my house. He saved me a lot of time and money! His crews are very professional and used the key lock systems so i didn't have to be there when they came in to take care of everything for me. I have recommended him to probably 15 people since he helped me out.
