The pool took longer to construct from start to finish than expected. Some of which was due to the excessive rain we had during the summer. We signed the contract on April 7, pool was complete in October but the construction and quality is excellent. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful. It is aesthetically pleasing as the design fits our back yard and complements our house. During the walk through, Michael addressed every issue with his goal being ensure I had a "perfect" pool and a satisfying experience with his company. If I were to move and install a new pool I would definitely hire Heritage Pool
- Heritage Pools LLCAfter trying to get the previous pool company to correct issues with their work we finally bid out to several other pool companies that had high scores on Angie's List. Heritage had a great price. Michael Gesmond came out and talked with me about all the minor and major work that needed to be done to our almost 20yr old pool. He was very professional, answered my multitude of questions and provided great advice on what did and didn't need to be done. One of our major issues was that we were unable to pull suction from one of our skimmers. A previous contractor had supposedly "fixed" the issue. After, again, removing the concrete around the skimmer we found out that the previous contractor just put a flexible rubber connector (fernco) at one of the breaks in the pipe which wouldn't have been to bad and might have actually worked if they had tightened the connectio before they re-poured concrete. Heritage fixed the break at the fernco and another break in the pipe and yes we have a functional skimmer again. One of the cosmetic issues was several of the decorative tiles at the spa overflow had come off (very ugly). With a good bit of detective work, Allyson at the office was luckily able to find the exact pattern and once installed you can't even tell it wasn't original. The service tech doing the work was great, very helpful and competent in his work. After the repairs were done, there were a couple of other issues that came up (not because of the work finished but because they system was working we discovered other leaks and issues not known previously). Heritage was able to come out and complete the additional work within a couple of days of notification. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

"Communication was excellent. Staphany (who took my call) was extremely friendly and did a really good job explaining every step of the way after I discussed the issue with my Salt Chlorinator suddenly losing power. The tech who came over to resolve the issue was extremely friendly and did a great job. My chlorinator is now pumping out chlorine as normal. Well done. There was one missed appointment date before the fix, but I was immediately informed the next business day and my problem was resolved that very same day. On top, Heritage provided the service free of charge due to the original missed date. These things do happen to all of us in our busy lives, but I really appreciate a company like this acknowledging it without me having to ask about it. "Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.
