Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

They came a few days later fixed the issue with precise and increíble workmanship and kept me infomed the entire time. They cleaned up when done and stayed exactly on his original quote. I am certain that their windows are great quality, but the windows I ordered are the same style, double windows.....I can't see any difference in what I got compared to what they offered. Just the price was way off. Get at least a few quotes and at least one from a local contractor! These guys are really expensive."
