Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! "I really enjoyed the gentelman that came out he was very friendly and the jobs he did where great and would use him again. However the girl he had cleaning with him did a very poor job we sent her back to redo some things and after they left I moved shower curtains and what not and she never even cleaned the tub or the corners around the outside when she mopped. Very poor and had to spend an hour re cleaning the things she missed...."
