"I'm very dissatisfied with this company as a whole. After giving my deposit, I was told they would be to my home on a set date and time. They didn't show up on set date and didn't call or text as to why no one showed up. After calling several times, the next day someone calls apologizing profusely but gave no reason as to why the workers didn't show up. When you finally get them to come, they start the project and then the cat and mouse games begin! They'll call and say they have to finish another project and would be there a little later and then call back because that other project ran longer than expected. It's now 4 months into what I was told would be no more than a week! Calling the company itself about what's going on or complain is absolutely impossible, if someone does answer the phone, they give you the run around. Parts of my electrical was messed up by their worker, I was told that they would take care of it right away. Lies, lies and more lies with this company!"

Loren and his crew did an excellent job on our first project about a year ago (large patio, walkway and driveway), and we got the same high quality on this second project at front of house. Other contractors may charge less, but don’t do as good a job - we have had no cracks anywhere, and have excellent drainage away from the house, and a beautiful concrete finish. They have the right equipment to do a very professional job. Several people were so impressed and they stopped at our house and asked us who did our project. Loren and his crew are honest, prompt and very reliable, and worked very hard to get it done right. Highly recommend for any concrete project."

"He didn?t do the worst job in the world, but he left much to be desired. Didn?t prep the floor correctly, lots of uneven colors, left clear coat spatter on the walls and footprints on the driveway, didn?t leave a smooth surface on the edges of the floor going up the wall, put to much clear coat in some areas ( very slippery), uneven clear coat ( looks funny) didn?t tape the trim which is covered in flakes, lets a lot of flakes everywhere. He was supposed to come and fix it but no-showed me twice. The name of this company should be changed from ??..Quality Epoxy? to ? ??.I?m Still Learning Epoxy?"
