Aubrey estimated what time they would finish (spoiler alert- he was spot on by 3 minutes, which was probably due to me talking to the crew, haha) they showed great care with my yard by laying down plywood to drive the excavator on. They didn't mess a blade of grass up. They came with everything they needed and fixed the crack so well, I'm not even sure I'll need to re-grout it! Aubrey explained they opened a permit and would need to leave the holes open until the permit inspector comes and then they will send a crew to fill in. Let me tell you, if you are having a foundation issue, you would be a fool not to call Mount Valley. Companies like this don't stay in business as long as they have by doing poor work, they do it by treating their customers like they did with me and earning a review like this."
