"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I was extremely satisfied with the service! Very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Our carpet was very loose and S&S did an excellent job of stretching the carpet. It looks amazing!! Also, they cleaned all of the carpet in our house for an excellent price. Removed all the stains and the carpet looks new!! I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!!! 5 stars hands down! Thank you!"

"They did a very good job on my carpet and my upholstery on my furniture. I would use them again"

"I've never met anyone who cares so much about his customers the way Don does.  I'm disabled and have a lot of furniture.  Don's crew moved all the furniture for me and put everything back just the way it was after the job was done.  Don's work and crew were fabulous. Don's prices were also great.  He saved me at least $300 on the carpet."

"I recently had the pleasure of using April Gonzalez Flooring for a carpet repair in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. First, the customer service was outstanding. Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient, and they were very responsive to my inquiries. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which I greatly appreciated. The repair itself was flawless. I had a significant tear in my living room carpet, and I was worried it might be too damaged to fix. However, the technician's skill and attention to detail were remarkable. They matched the carpet perfectly, and the repair is virtually invisible. It's like the damage was never there! What impressed me the most was the professionalism and courtesy of the technician. They took the time to explain the repair process, answered all my questions, and ensured that I was completely satisfied before finishing the job. They also cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no mess behind. Additionally, the pricing was very fair and transparent. There were no surprise fees, and the quality of the work was worth every penny. I highly recommend April Gonzalez Flooring for anyone in need of carpet repair services. Their expertise, customer service, and commitment to excellence make them the best choice. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, April Gonzalez Flooring, for a job well done!"

"Worked with Jason for product selection, in home measuring, pricing, and scheduling. There were a few mishaps along the way, but each time I called and spoke with Kim and she handled everything professionally and quickly. Mishaps included: late arrival for in home measuring, install date had to be rescheduled, and on actual install date, carpet on stairs was missed on order. Late arrival for in home wasn't that big a deal for me, but could be for others. I called the day before the original install date to reschedule to be told that my carpet had not arrived and I was not on the schedule, but that my carpet could be on the dock, they just had not in processed yet. Not a big deal since I was calling to reschedule anyway. On install day, installers arrived and did not know about carpet for stairs so did not have it. At 8 months pregnant I was not pleased with this and called their office in tears. Kim was extremely nice and made a miracle happen and the carpet showed up the same day and was installed. Overall would use again and recommend for others."
