He replaced some of the sub flooring where I had weak spots, all new flooring and baseboard with accent. He also ripped out my old sliding glass door and replaced it with French doors that I bought which he also picked up for me. He will be doing my guest bathroom shower next."

There was water damage, old tile, terrible pipes and ruined sub flooring. Had I not known about it before hand, I would have never know it was difficult to remove and replace in that small space.
