"I bought this service on a Friday and they came on Saturday. They arrived at 10 am and were finished by noon.
I asked them to clean my porch and my sidewalk as well (this was not included in the Deal that I prepurchased) and he did that at no extra cost.
They were clean, professional, and very good. I would certainly use them again.

"every time I have used Juan he has come when he said he would come, he has always been very nice and courteous, he and his crew worked hard and steady the whole time they were here. His prices have always been very reasonable. If anything extra needed to be done he always checked with me first. I recommend him to all friends and family! I live alone and it is so nice to have someone I can depend on for just about everything! Juan is just a super nice man!
