Everyone came on time, completely prepped everything, including removing appliances & anything else that needed to go temporarily, as well as putting everything back. Took about a week to complete but the Creative Flooring Crew was punctual & professional & did what they promised. I have received many compliments on my floor when family & friends come to visit. Initial installer (names withheld) came to look at the job with 3 helpers and told me he couldn't do the job, because it was going to take more that 1 day. This left me desperate!
