I called after 3 weeks almost a dozen times only got a voicemail, no call back. I called American Home Shield 3 times and they could not get a response. I emailed without any results. Finally because it was getting cold outside and had company coming for Thanksgiving I decided to order the part from Ferguson Plumbing Supply snd got the part delivered in 3 days! I paid a local plumber to install it. I ended up paying a $100 service fee to Cornerstone, them $700 for the part and installation which insurance would not cover. So if you use this company don’t say I did not warn you"
