(I don't know how to change the heading) Here is my review: I was very impressed by their customer service, both before and after I signed a contract. Their specialist took the time to learn exactly what I wanted to do, and gave me choices. The day after I signed my contract for installation, that was scheduled for the next week, my window air unit started acting up, so when I called Josh, my Home Comfort Designer, he drove well over an hour round trip on a Friday evening to get one of their loaner window units, took out my unit, put in their unit, and got me back to comfort before my ductless system could be installed. David, the installer, managed to do all the work himself, and even cleared the brush away that he had not been warned about. He also helped me move a few things around. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Sumter. I am very happy with my ductless system. I am very comfortable and it is so quiet, I can again hear the cats and the storms outside."
