"I purchased a "Big Deal" special for 6 landscape lights installed. In speaking with MI, I decided that I what I would prefer was actually 6 walkway lights and 4 additional accent tree lights. The guys at MI worked with me both to accommodate the switch from landscape to walkway lights and figure out the best way to add the wiring necessary to get under walkways and driveways (no small challenge since the walkway's foundation is so deep it almost stumped a professional excavator using boring equipment!). Needless to say the process took longer and became substantially more involved than the original "big deal" offer. Throughout, they were patient, professional and went out of their way to accommodate a changed work plan with minimal cost increase. Not only am I impressed that they were flexible enough to allow changes to the original deal, but the additional work I requested was reasonably prices, promptly executed and looks terrific.
