If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Mike and Ian are top notch.  Very professional and responsive.  Arrived on schedule - it took all day but they told me it would.  The electrician who did most of the work was a young guy who got a little agitated with some of the quirks of my old box (my house is 80+ years old and the box was last updated probably in the 80's) but he was polite and eventually got everything taken care of.
I'm just really pleased with the outcome and so glad I took advantage of this offer.  They include a whole house surge protector and since they installed the new box, my power has gone off a couple of times - - but I don't worry that any of my appliances will be damaged.  Great peace of mind.
