There were water features left to rot, scattered throughout the property and hidden beneath heaps of vegetation, along with random piles of trash. This team came in and completely transformed the property. They removed the water features entirely, tamed the ivy, and disposed of the trash piles. The place is transformed, and our expectations are exceeded. They managed to get us to a blank slate in 3 days. Now we can begin to make it beautiful again. "Carter’s Care was excellent! We were moving to our newly constructed home in Honea Path, from an apartment in Anderson. We also had 2 storage units to move as well in Anderson. They started at the storage units, then came to the apartment. These guys must have played and mastered Tetris! The truck was packed to the brim with no wasted space! It was a long day of sure! I know they were worn out by the end of the day. All four gentlemen were professional, kind, and friendly. They unloaded everything with care and placed things in the house and in the garage very neatly and carefully. The job ended up costing more than initially quoted, but I expected that. Pricing was still fair for the amount of work and time involved. (They didn’t leave till after dark) My husband and I were impressed by the work ethic and we highly recommend Carter’s Care. The company later claimed, the cost for “tree removal” didn’t include actually removing the trees - only cutting them down. And if you have a tree already down due to the storm, the company changes what the “removal” charge means. “Removing the tree” then means dragging it from the back and dumping it in the front. Though I paid an increased cost for removal off my property, the company later claimed the landfill didn’t allow contractors to use their services this soon after Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, my boyfriend provided my payment because he believed the company had no choice due to landfill restrictions. Did we receive a partial refund or discount due to their incompletion of this job? No. The county landfill also confirmed that the company’s claim re: restrictions placed on contractors was a false statement."
