Stephen was very professional. All communication was prompt and easy to understand. He was upfront with all costs and there were no hidden fees. He also helped guide us to ensure we purchased the correct replacement door. He showed up on time, did a great job, and left the area clean when finished. I would recommend him to anyone and will be calling again for our next home project.

Royal renovations fixed work a previous handyman had started and messed up. Went above and beyond all of our expecting. The work quality is perfect. We are extremely satisfied and will refer to family and friends. We will not use anyone else going forward!

I absolutely love my new garage interior! It was old and dated with unfinished pressed wood on the walls with water damage on ceiling, which also at one time had popcorn finish. So, pretty bad shape. Stephen installed 1/4" drywall and painted everything after his sub contractor did the taping and mudding, which was also very good. He kept me informed as to when he was showing up, and was very reliable.

Stephen is the best handyman ever! I am so thankful to have found him.

I generally do not write many reviews. But I believe this gentleman deserves a five star five diamond review. Not only does he show up to do work which in this day and age doesn’t seem to be the norm but he does fantastic work! Clean neat and reliable. Please take my advice he is the person for your job. Stephen is truly fantastic. He is prompt, reliable, efficient and meticulous. Stephen went above and beyond to help us out of an unfortunate situation and because of his hard work we met our goal of having our house ready for Thanksgiving. His work ethic is outstanding. He went FAR WAY above the parameters of the contract to make sure he got it right, for which I was very thankful. He certainly might have adjusted terms, but would not hear of it. My bathrooms look absolutely beautiful! The amount of care, detail and time put on my bathrooms is evident. I was able to fully plan out what I wanted, lock in my design and sit back while Royal Renovations made it come to life! Services included a full bathroom demo, new tub, tile floor, bath and back splash, new vanity, lighting, fan, toilet, hardware, faucet, drywall, plaster, paint, and door. Very respectful and efficient.
