"Tonya and Dave are wonderful as are their family crew members! I loved knowing that they were all family members and that I could trust leaving them alone at my house! I got so lucky discovering them as they worked for my next door neighbor (her yard looks great as well!). After seeing their work, I knew that I had to have them do my work!
As listed above, they installed a new paver driveway, patio area, and sidewalks, built a water fountain, re-landscaped my entire yard, cut down and trimmed trees, built a large storage shed, installed a sprinkler system, and put down new sod!
I knew their pricing was so good (thanks to my neighbor) that I just asked them for a ballpark range of doing everything I wanted. They not only stayed within budget on the first part of the project (the re-landscaping, tree work, sod, and paver driveway; the storage shed, fountain, perennials and bulbs, etc were additional work I asked for afterwards). They came in under budget so I had money to start with the rest of the projects!!
I have never seen a more professional and competent group of workers in my life! I joked with Tonya the other day that "you get more things done in a day than I would in 6 months!" She just smiled and gave me a hug and said "it's all part of my job!" Tonya went above and beyond my expectations finding me some of the most beautiful hydrangeas (my favorite flower)-she drove to Atlanta to a special nursery to hand-pick them herself! Talk about customer service!! Dave and Tonya are always on the jobsite supervising everything going on, even though the other 3 guys are more than capable of doing everything by themselves.
Another example of how great they are-my heating unit was acting up and my a/c guy (who was a referral from another friend) came out and charged me $2500 to do the repairs (of which included-wrapping the ductwork under the house). He was working while Tonya and Dave were at the house-Thank God they were!-and watched him do the work (I was at my job during the day). I called Tonya that night to ask her about something and we got to talking about the a/c guy and his work. I told her that he called and said he was done with everything and I was going to leave him a check in the morning and Tonya asked what all did he do for you? I told her about the ductwork and Tonya said-don't you dare pay him! He's a crook! Dave had been under the house late in the day (after the a/c guy had left) and there was NO ductwork repaired or wrapped under the house; I would have never known-I don't go under there and would have paid this guy! Thankfully-they saved me that money and found me a good a/c guy to do the work.
Needless to say, for any work, I check with Dave and Tonya first to see if they can do it or if they can send over a good contractor who will do it!
