"He did not complete two of the jobs. The vent above the stove had to be finished but he could not do it. He suggested painting or staining but did not go and get the materials to finish it. Also I thought he was going to repair the rollers on the sliding glass door, but he used WD40 like three other people did. It does not last ! The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible.
