"From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. "Customer service was top tier. Scott was excellent in getting everything setup to begin our project. Installation occurred faster than expected. Installation crew was efficient and in a timely manner. However, they were slightly later than time slot given. Inside of the house was cleaned thoroughly upon completion but, the outside was less than desired. Needed to clean debris and also clean windows from handprints because they did not have cleaner. Windows look great and are excellent quality. During the quality assurance inspection, Chris was above and beyond. There were some minor issues that he was able to resolve on the spot, like replacing minor dents in a screen frame and a slight tear in one. Superior quality and superior service. It"
