"Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. "I contacted Roberto on short notice and asked if he could do stonework on the entrance pillars for our entrance. He had a crew the very next day at our place. Three days later, the project was done. Then, when we needed a foundation for the new well shed, they came again, built the frames and poured concrete without ever moving the new shed, and bolted the shed into the drying concrete. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
