"He did not complete two of the jobs. The vent above the stove had to be finished but he could not do it. He suggested painting or staining but did not go and get the materials to finish it. Also I thought he was going to repair the rollers on the sliding glass door, but he used WD40 like three other people did. It does not last ! Black spots on the bottom or along the edge of your bathroom mirror are caused by oxidation behind the mirror glass. When moisture and air are trapped between the glass and the backing, they react and cause discoloration.
