"Spring Home Improvement completely remodeled out master bathroom: new vanity, sinks, countertop, heated mirrors, light fixtures, tiles floor, freestanding heated blower tub, shower with glass walls and multiple showerheads. They not only did an outstanding job, they were punctional, professional, considerate, and provided excellent consultation and customer service. This was a big job, and they hit a home run in our opinion!"

"WORST experience ever! If i could rate with negative stars, I would. Project discussions went well (expected 3 day job), offering a deposit to perform the work. I was told a deposit was unnecessary (very unusual). The "company" arrived at least 3 hours late every day to begin work. Owner was asking for money everyday. The company left the broken pipe and sheetrock onsite and still haven't picked it up. They destroyed my lawn, cracked my entire concrete driveway that now needs replacement. They also punctured a gutter and garage trim (they did fix gutter and some trim). I now have to also regrade lawn, and fix trim. I do have to add they pulled one shrub as part of the job. They did pull out 3 other shrubs for me, which Joe offered for the work. He continuously told me he did the shrubs as a favor, and should be viewed as "helping me out" and should help to overlook some of the other issues/damage that occurred. This "company" shouldn't be allowed to be in business!"
