"They cleaned the family room carpet removing stains beneath the recliners that looked like potential permanent stains. The stains were removed and the carpet looks great. They stretched the carpeting in three rooms to remove lumps. The work was professional and when they were finished, the carpeting looked like it was just installed. Great job."

"Liked everything about what was done except for the timing. Got up early on a nasty rainy morning to be ready for my 8 to 10 a.m. scheduled slot. Representative courteously called at 9:40 a.m. to say he would be there by 10:30. Not his fault, but the company could have told me by the day before that his first job was an hour away in CT. They promised to send a reminder email and to make a follow-up call after he finished the job. Neither happened. Representative did a great job with the cleaning, however, so I am a satisfied customer overall."

"I have an aging cat who no longer uses the litter box in the basement. My floor cleaning was in effectual and the urine smell was bad. Martin Tay and his team did an unbelievable job. They spent almost 2 hours soaping and mopping the floor, using hot water and repeatedly changing the water. Martin and I met on Wednesday and he and his men came the very next day. He explained what a thorough and clean job he would do and that's exactly what he did. It's money well spent for someone who works so hard and does a beautiful job."
