Located on Newport’s famed waterfront, The Francis Malbone has twenty rooms ranging from elegant queen and king rooms with working fireplaces, to spacious master suites and even our separate colonial home, the Benjamin Mason House. Private garden patios, double jacuzzis and gas fireplaces are just a few of the amenities that grace our rooms. The inn is Newport, Rhode Island’s only Five Star Diamond Award winning bed and breakfast.
