"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. "The project was great from start to end Julio was responsive and took the time to understand what I wanted. After the first visit we decided to change a couple of things and he came back out to the house and went through the changes with me. His price to do the work was fantastic! And his painters were friendly and courteous and did Amazing work! I would hire them again in a second if I needed more painting."

"I was amazed at the result. I had used other paint companies before and was unsatisfied with the work. This company showed up on time and were extrenely professional. They paid very close attention to detail and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. The room looks beautiful. I have gotten many compliments on the job they did. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future. They were awesome!"

Stucco FAQs, answered by experts

One of the most significant downsides to stucco is the installation cost, which is higher than that of many other siding options because getting it to look clean and professional is a labor-intensive process. Stucco can also absorb water, making it an unsuitable option for siding in areas that see excessive rainfall. Finally, stucco can crack and chip, especially in extreme weather, and repairs are not only challenging and require help from a professional who does stucco, but can get expensive.

If your windows are losing efficiency from wearing out or experiencing leaks on rainy days, it may be time to consider replacing them. Window replacement costs run between $180 and $410 per window but may be on the higher end for homes with stucco siding since stucco will likely require more time and special tools for replacement.

Damage is often caused by moisture, impact, or settling. Regular maintenance prevents significant issues.

Properly installed and maintained stucco can last 50 to 100 years, making it one of the longest-lasting siding materials available. This durable material is known for its durability, and as long as you clean and waterproof it regularly and promptly repair any damage, it’ll protect your home for decades to come.

Well-maintained trim boosts aesthetic appeal and prevents costly future repairs.
