"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. They were here at 8 AM both days and cleaned the debris up afterward. Wonderful people and company to have working with me on this project.
