"We put a request for a gutter replacement on Angie. With in minutes D &M Home Improvements called us. He made appointment for next day to see the job. He was running late on a job and he notified us, he was coming late. He did not try to up sell. He gave honest opinion of what the job entailed. We set day for work to be done.
