When he finished that task, he asked if he could do anything else?We ended up working together on a small project outside. Steve is a very pleasant hard-working and good communicator. His fees are very reasonable. He will be working with my son-in-law on a project in a couple of weeks. They will be moving furniture out of our house. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of.
