"Rooterman was prompt, attentive and did a wonderful job fixing the drainage issue I had in my basement. My only issue was the first repairman they sent out (who couldn't do the work) informed me I had a sump pump problem that repair of would involve jackhammering the floor of the basement. The master plumber who subsequently came out informed me that it wasn't a sump pump it was an ejection pump that didn't need to be put into the ground. This turned out to be a big savings in cost and he did an excellent job. I was just a little mystified that the first repairman thought I had a sump pump, when in reality it was an ejection pump."
