I had put a claim into HomeAdvisor because my central air unit was not blowing cold air. Not only did they put a bid in within a couple hours, but they were also able to schedule me in for later that same week. Brent gave me a call to let me know he was coming and arrived right when he said he would. He was very respectful and professional especially with how the state that the world is in right now. He quickly found the problem, explained it in a way I could understand, and got a replacement part within minutes. The whole process only took a little over an hour. Brent even took the initiative to adjust some of the piping at the unit in my basement to avoid future problems and was very patient throughout the process. He also did all of this while it was raining and took extra care not to track mud or water into the house. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues that you might have!"

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
