"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

How much snow a roof can handle depends on the snow’s weight and the roof's strength. Wet snow is far heavier than dry snow. In areas that receive annual snowfall in abundance, house designs regularly allow for between 35 and 50 pounds per square foot, equating to up to four feet of fluffy-snow accumulation.

You can put new shingles over old shingles, but most municipalities only allow for two layers of shingles before you have to rip off the old roof and start fresh. This type of flat roof is the most resilient to damage from foot traffic, as the gravel protects the roofing membrane from punctures, but it’s still best to limit foot traffic. Hire professionals to clean your roof drains and carry out inspections and repairs to reduce the risk of damage.

Metal roofs do not technically require a drip edge if the roof overhangs at least one inch, because the roof's slant will cause water to flow away from the structure. But a drip edge would be an added level of protection for a metal roof to help keep moisture issues at bay.
