"The first time they came out was to clean out my gutters which they did. They also replaced three gutter hangers. The second year that they came out I had them clean out the gutters and clean the windows. They missed spots around windows. Before they left, I discovered that my gutter on the one side of my house was not attached well. It wasn't that way before they started their work. This was the same area that they replaced three gutter hangers when they were here last. This time they replaced 6 gutter hangers at a cost of $300 in addition to the $200 they charged me to clean the gutters and $90 to clean the windows for a total of $631.30 w/tax."

Now, all pieces are identical and we could not be happier with the results. Grimes may not be the least expensive option for refinishing but, they are the best and are very knowledgeable. The craftsmanship was perfection. We could not have purchased a new dining set of this quality for anywhere near what we paid for the work. We love it."

"They ruined a blind after they cleaned it. They took it back multiple times to repair and it still wasn?t repaired. All they said was they won?t charge me for the cleaning. You damaged the blind and it was more than you would have charged me to clean. I asked them to replace the blind but all they said is we won?t charge for cleaning. I called them multiple times and they never called me back. Terrible customer service "
