"John stopped one day to quote us a price, we arranged for the work and a few days later our new furnace and AC units were installed. John's helper arrived promptly, removed our old furnace and AC unit and installed the new one along with a new air cleaner, new thermostat and all new piping. The job was competed professionally and in one day. And everything was cleaned up before he left. "I called and explained that the furnace would not turn on.  Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, polite, and eager to help.  They assured me that someone would be able to come and take a look within a few hours, and the office staff called to let me know when the technician was on his way.  He efficiently inspected the furnace and thermostat.  He was able to determine what was causing the issue and correct it.  I would definitely use this company again in the future.  Their responsiveness and professionalism made a potentially stressful situation a positive experience.

"Will and Rob showed up at the house and the appointed time and started right at it. The old a/c, furnace,duct work, wiring, and gas line were gone in no time. When they started the install, took their time to get everything perfect. Constantly checking for level and plum of all units, ducts, plumbing, and even wiring. Explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Both Will and Rob very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. I worked in the plumbing wholesale for 20 years, so I know a bit about was going on. The new technology is amazing. They installed a 96 percent efficient furnace with a 16 seer a/c unit by Amana. Came with a lifetime warranty on the a/c compressor and furnace heat exchanger, the two main components.
They did an excellent job. All the old units were taken away and site was completely cleaned cleaner than before they started. Will even filled out the rebate form from the electric company for me.

"It has decreased dust in our house and is replaced once a year during our maintenance check up.  They have also installed our house air conditioning system six years ago.  They are very accommodating with your time schedule and always willing to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.  If you have an emergency,  they will be there even after business hours.  I definitely recommend them for all your furnace and air conditioning needs.
