ECL is a licensed Pennsylvania contractor and a grower of native and fine ornamental nursery stock. We occasionally use subcontractors and currently employ 14 employees. Our PA trades license number is PA033245. ECL practices eco-friendly sustainability through the use of organic fertilizers, soil conditioners, and composts. We also offer organic insect, fungus, and weed control options. In recent years, we have even began to use bio-fuels in our vehicles equipment to reduce our carbon footprint.

We wanted a true landscape design architect who listened to us and then would come up with a great plan for our yard. Brent and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. "Mr Stover is a pleasant man. I can write a book about my experience. Contract timeframe May 27-June 4th, 2024. My project was finished until the end of july. There are chipped pavers, and have already started calpsing. Mr Stover refuses to repair. He damage my propane dome during the job. Agree to pay to have it replaced. We are in May 2025 I still have not been reimbursed for the replacement and no repairs done. I am very hurt and disappointed. He also did my neighbors patio and theirs is also calpsing. Its now going to cost me $900 to have the repairs done professionally. Wasted $4500. Loss $567 the cost I paid to replace my propane dome. I showed him nothing but respect, and paid him on time and I full and this is the end result. "
