We are in love with our wall unit. Because of the pandemic, there were issues getting some of the components fabricated, so there were delays and the work required three separate installation dates. Other than the delays and very spotty communication from Closet Factory regarding the delays, the project went well and the wall unit is gorgeous. Despite having to hound them for updates, I would definitely do business with them again. And I'd ask for Jennifer every time. She's fantastic."

They also staining decks and gave me good advice on what product to use to finish it since we wanted to do it our self. He also build and installed wooden wide custom shelfs in our walk-in closet. "Brandon replied to my online request by phone and was able to come that day. He was pleasant, on-time, prepared, and very professional! He re-attached the dryer vent to the vent pipe in the attic roof and brought plywood to rest the ladder on as there was none up there and also left it behind for future use. He thoroughly cleaned up! The cost was fair considering the job was a hassle to get everything up into the attic and then down through a 24 x 24 opening in the laundry closet. I fully recommend him!"
