After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Groundworks is a highly professional and honest company that didn't try to inflate the scope of work to charge us more. We wholeheartedly recommend them."

The concreate work was sorfully crafted to include slight tilt for drainage. "I cannot tell you how much I LOVE my new Buffet Table for my kitchen. After searching and searching for something that would fit the measurements I needed, I decided to go the custom route. Alex at Fremont Contracting could not have made the process any easier. With just a few pictures and questions, he came up with a design that was exactly what I had been envisioning. The table is gorgeous and heavy like real wood should be. All of the drawers and cabinets have soft close features and the wood itself is perfectly smooth with no rough spots. The amount of work and craftsmanship is so clear in every detail. To top it all off, he even was able to push the date I needed it up by two weeks! With this kind of quality, we know this buffet table will be with us for decades."

"I have had work done by Ryan Licsauer before, an indoor fireplace, and it turned out great which is why I decided to use him again to get an outdoor patio and kitchen done. He came out, measured, told me to purchase all of my kitchen appliances and cabinets needed and to pick out the pavers. He told me in January he would start in March and I checked with him every month to make sure he was still able to do the project because we were going to have my son's graduation party out back. Every month he swore it would get done in time. A few weeks before the graduation he stopped returning my texts and calls when just the month before graduation he confirmed with me it was definitely going to be completed for the party. I had all the outdoor furniture ordered and sitting here,I had paid for all the kitchen cabinets and appliances quickly, the caterer was booked and over 100 people were sent out invitations and now I have no patio or kitchen or place to hold my sons graduation. I never once forced him to do this project yet he assured me month after month he would complete it and I have never had a problem with him before. Absolutely sick over this. Beware because even though his work is done right he may just decide to not show up. Typical untrustworthy contractor but I guess its my fault for trusting him without legal paperwork being involved."
